Installation paving slabs on driveways in front of the house
In the city of Ashbourne, a client wanted me to create a parking space for their car at home and install pavement tiles there.
First, I broke up the old concrete base, then cleared the area for the future parking space. After that, I compacted the area for the tiles.
While preparing the base, I discovered that the curb connecting the adjacent plot had shifted from its place. Therefore, I installed a reliable concrete base under the curb.
Following the technology for installing street pavement
tiles, I poured layers of gravel and sand 10 centimeters thick. This construction will help the tiles withstand the weight of a car without any issues. After compacting it all well, I proceeded to install the pavement tiles.
Lastly, for decoration purposes, I laid out a square pattern of dark-colored pavement tiles in the center.
The customer was very satisfied with the work I had done.
