Pouring the concrete foundation is the most important part of building a house. It is the foundation that bears all the load of the building and prevents moisture from the soil from seeping inside. There are norms and standards that are important to adhere to when constructing a foundation. Following all the technologies will allow your house to stand reliably without fearing that cracks will appear somewhere over time. On this page, I will show you some of my works on pouring the concrete foundation.

Patio construction in Dublin
Construction of a concrete patio in the backyard in Dublin. I installed formwork and poured concrete. Made a reliable concrete foundation, used reinforcing and water-repellent layers. Also made two concrete stairs. Check out the video to see what a wonderful final result we got.
Сement stairs design
If I need to create a complex concrete structure, I always use special software to create a graphic layout. This allows me to see all the dimensions in advance, rather than during the construction phase, which helps to avoid size discrepancies. And the client gets to see in advance what the structure will look like.

Made a new concrete porch in Anagassan
The old porch was made of poor-quality cement and had cracked. I made a new porch, reinforced it with metal reinforcement, and embedded threaded rods in concrete so that railings could be attached.

Making a foundation for a garage
Someday there will be a good garage on this site. In the meantime, I made a foundation here from reinforced concrete.

I cast concrete columns with a spike in the middle. A wooden platform will be mounted here.
