In Drogheda, I received a project to renovate a four-bedroom house. This house had been standing for a long time with a leaking roof, resulting in many leaks and cracks.

At the beginning of the renovation, it was discovered that the lighting in the kitchen was not working. Therefore, I replaced all the wiring with new ones, replaced the lighting in the kitchen backsplash, and replaced all the chandeliers.

In the bathroom, the following tasks were carried out:

• Ceiling plastering
• Mirror replacement
• Gypsum board replacement
• Reinstallation of loose tiles
• Painting of wooden elements and the door

I had to replace the water-damaged drywall because it swelled up, causing the ceiling to become uneven with dirty spots showing through.

After that, the ceilings were re-mudded and painted.

Additionally, the walls in all rooms of this house were painted.

After all the plastering and painting work I did, this house became very cozy!

The resident from Drogheda approached me to restore their barn, which was in a terrible condition. The roof was leaking, the floor was rotten, and the door was crooked.

I started the barn restoration by addressing the roof. I dismantled the old roof, built a new one, and covered it with polycarbonate sheets.

Next, I removed the rotten parts of the old floor, treated the floor with an anti-fungal and anti-mold solution, and then covered it with a thick, sturdy 10mm pressed sawdust board.

I insulated the walls with mineral wool and also covered them with a 6mm pressed sawdust board.

Finally, I restored the doors.

After the restoration work I completed, the barn turned out to be warm and reliable.

I did this work in Termonfeckin. The task was to replace an old fence with a new one.
The old fence consisted of vertical wooden posts with horizontal crossbars and a stretched metal mesh.

To begin, I dismantled the metal mesh and then disassembled the old fence.

The design of the new fence is the same as the old one. For the vertical posts, I used 100x100mm wooden beams. For the crossbars, I used 100x50mm wooden beams. After constructing the wooden framework of the fence, I stretched the metal mesh back onto it.

The fence turned out to be very sturdy, and I believe it will last for many years.

Also in Termonfeckin, I painted the old gates. The gates were of good quality and beautiful, but no one had painted them for many years, so they looked terrible.

Before starting the painting work, I thoroughly washed and cleaned the gates, removing the old flaking paint.

After painting, the gates look like new!
